You can turn comments off now

As mentioned in this update, I wanted to add some options to lykhari without cluttering it.

I've shipped that searchable settings menu already. It's plenty convenient.

Some people do not like comments on their blogs. Some of them were also keen about lykhari and it's simplicity. To cater to those people and to uphold lykhari's simplicity, I've added an option to enable/disable comments on your blog.
